Privacy & your data

This is the plain-language version of how the app handles your data, the same statement that's in the app under Settings → About → Privacy. For the formal policy required by the App Store, see the Privacy Policy.

This app has no server, no account, and no analytics. What you write stays on your device unless you turn on iCloud backup, and then it goes to your own iCloud account - not to anyone else. There's no "anyone else" to send it to.

App lock

Optional Face ID / Touch ID / passcode lock, off unless you turn it on in Settings.

Why the app asks for so little

Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of the programs this app is built for. That's the reason it collects nothing, and the reason it never will.
